Michael has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Getting to know clients and fostering relationships is what fuels Michael’s effort to help clients achieve their financial goals. Before founding the Stoever & Palmore Investment group, he worked for Lehman Brothers in New York and Atlanta. Michael worked in the Investment Management Division where he managed money for high-net-worth families. 

Michael is active in the community shown through current and past involvement with various state-wide organizations including Hampden-Sydney College, the First Tee of Richmond and Chesterfield, and the Dominion Energy Charity Classic. He earned his Master of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary, and a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from Hampden-Sydney College. Michael lives in Richmond with his wife, Alicia, and his two children, Henry and Georgia. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching his kids, playing golf, and fishing.
